SQUATS
+ BICEPS
Squats felt great. I had planned on doing 3 singles
with 175 kgs but before the last set I felt like going for 185 so I maxed out
second week in a row. I didn’t have the presence of mind to pause at the bottom
and this is the only regret I carry with me – because the set was fine. Good
workout on just two hours of sleep and I am looking forward to Front Squats
tomorrow.

This is a huge milestone and it was a smooth lift.
