M97C14T4 Back Squats 175 kgs x 1 rep x 2 sets, 185 kgs @ 100% & 170 x 1 x 2; Diipen Front Squats 145 kgs PR @ 100% and Yuvraj Weighted Pullups +15 kgs x 1 rep x 4 sets

SQUATS + BICEPS

Squats felt great. I had planned on doing 3 singles with 175 kgs but before the last set I felt like going for 185 so I maxed out second week in a row. I didn’t have the presence of mind to pause at the bottom and this is the only regret I carry with me – because the set was fine. Good workout on just two hours of sleep and I am looking forward to Front Squats tomorrow.  

Back Squats:
125 kgs x 3 reps
145 x 2
165 x 2 @ 89.2%
175 x 1 x 2 sets @ 94.6%
185 x 1 @ 100%
170 x 1 + 1 @ 91.9% Rest-Paused
160 x 3 @ 86.5%

Preacher Curls:
10 x 8 + 8 + 6 = 22
7,5 x 8 + 8 + 7 = 23
15 x 2 PR + 2 = 4 with negatives

DIIPEN FRONT SQUATS

Diipen hit an awesome PR on Front Squats with 145 kgs. This is a huge milestone and it was a smooth lift.

Yuvraj managed to also hit new PRs on Weighted Pullups with 15 kgs for singles.
