I don’t think I have actually felt my back muscles get
sore the way this workout pushed me. Overhead Presses were really good and I
wish I had taken 93,5 kgs for a double but today wasn’t the day. As usual on
all the big sets of OHP I was flirting with passing out. Being prepared for the
darkness to set in helped me because I did not get surprised and I was able to
power through. Next session I will repeat the same numbers for Banded OHP and I
will try to dabble with 93,5 x 2 or 94 x 1 depending on how strong I am.
