+ TRICEPS
My pressing strength is so far behind my capacity to
pull it is a miracle I even have the numbers I do. I got a total of 404 reps on
Rows this week and only 128 reps of total Press training and those 128 reps
absolutely killed me. It looks like I have my work cut out for me.

DIIPEN
DEADLIFTS
Diipen was a bit off his game in terms of quality but
he got the job done on Banded Deadlifts with the No. 1 Bands double looped and
then he hit 97.3% of his max for a single on Deadlifts with 215 kgs.

YUVRAJ
DEADLIFTS
A couple of months ago Yuvraj hurt his lower back with
a failed Front Squat attempt (the bar slipped because of poor quality
equipment). Many good mornings, front squats and back squats later Yuvraj
grabbed onto his old relative max of 240 kgs on the eve of his 26th
Birthday. Congratulations, Yuvraj and Happy Birthday!
