PRESS
+ TRICEPS
I tried doing Weighted Dips but I felt a LOT of pain in
my left shoulder so I bailed on it and decided to do Bench Press with my legs
up on the bench for Zero Leg Drive. I’m happy with the PRs I hit and I followed
this with some direct shoulder pressing. Good workout and now it is time to
rest for a bit before attempting DL.
