Event
What a great way to end this rotation of Good Mornings! I
managed to add reps to all the big weights and I hit a new max! I have been
stressed about the Deadlift rotation beginning next week but now I am very
comfortable. Eric told me that as long as either the Deadlift or the Good
Morning keep progressing I am on the right path. I have strengthened my GM
numbers so I have very little anxiety for DL.

DIIPEN SSB SQUATS
Despite being sore as hell Diipen got in a good Squat
session with the Safety Squat Bar.
