M95C18T1 Good Mornings & Chain Deadlifts Supersets

GM + DL + BACK

First workout of 2017. I was feeling very off my groove on deadlifts. I was sluggish on every jump. It went down like this: 180 sluggish, 180 easy, 190 tremble, 190 easy, 200 tremble and then 200 easy. I increased weight on the good mornings on the supersets for all the sets - I bumped everything by 2,5 kgs. I'm glad I did not add anything to deadlifts.

Good Mornings:
30 kgs x 8 reps
35 x 8
55 x 6
65 x 6
85 x 6
105 x 6
115 x 6
125 x 6
137,5 x 3
140 x 3
142,5, x 4 @ 90% of Benchmark

GM x4 & Deadlifts +34 kgs of Chains x2:
115 | 180
117,5 | 180
120 | 190
122,5 | 190
125 | 200
127,5 | 200

Weighted Pull-ups:
+25 x 2 x 2 sets

Preacher Curls:
10 x 7 x 2

Hammer Curls:
20 x 5 x 2

Volume Check:
GM = 86
DL = 12
Back = 4
