GM + DL + BACK
First workout of 2017. I
was feeling very off my groove on deadlifts. I was sluggish on every jump. It
went down like this: 180 sluggish, 180 easy, 190 tremble, 190 easy, 200 tremble
and then 200 easy. I increased weight on the good mornings on the supersets for
all the sets - I bumped everything by 2,5 kgs. I'm glad I did not add anything
to deadlifts.
